Restaurants at Angkor in
Siem Reap For the relatively small city, Siem Reap provides an remarkable
variety of foods as well as dining venues. The importance is, obviously, on
Khmer/Cambodian foods, that you can get from restaurants across town. However
Western along with other Asian foods also are nicely represented, such as
Chinese, Thai, Indian, Korean, Italian, German, Vietnamese, Japanese and, obviously,
French.
Offered Cambodia 's
lengthy relationship with France
and her gastronomic traditions, it is no wonder a few of the town’s finest
locations offer French food. Dining places are spread through the city but none
is more over a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride away. Numerous restaurants, including
various focusing on Khmer meals, are concentrated within the Old Market area, particularly
on and around ‘Pub Street’ and also the Pub Street walkways. Listings in dark
blue provide a bar/nightlife venue and also being a cafe or restaurant. Listings
in maroon also provide a traditional shows.
